A useful first-version ranking framework
Place Templar high for group demand and survival, Ranger high for flexible ranged damage, and Cleric high for party value. Pure damage rankings should remain provisional because balance patches, gear and player skill can move them quickly.

Do not pick only from one letter grade
A class that ranks lower for solo farming may be essential in organized dungeons. A class that dominates one-on-one fights may be less valuable in large RvR. Choose the content you will play most, then use a current patch-specific ranking.
